Syn Rock Inc. Was founded in March 2017. We started providing and supplying concrete in the New York City and Westchester area via volumetric mixer trucks. Concrete continues to be the number one material used in the building and construction industry. With that said we saw a need to expand our business to provide traditional and decorative concrete flatwork services along with a coating solution. We provide service to Westchester County and the surrounding area. We can bring life, beauty and longevity to any project through quality workmanship that we stand behind.

SETTING THE TRANSPARENCY BY LAYING OUT HOW WE OPERATE
Here at Syn Rock, we like to make everything as simple as possible. We don’t really see a point in drawing the process out and changing up pricing, so we want to make sure that everything is set up front so we’re both on the same page!
1. Project Photo Uploads
Sending us pictures of the project areas around your home are quite important. The reason for this is we want to be able to see what the client is seeing. This way we’re able to have a conversation while looking at the same area.
2. Phone Consultation
Once we have the pictures of the project area in hand, we’re able to have an open and honest conversation. This consultation will be based on the ideas, options and a budget for your project. We understand that we may not be the best fit for everyone and we would like to protect your time up front.

3. On-Site Visit
If you feel after our phone consultation that we are the right fit for you, your family and your project, a scheduled site visit would take place. The site visit will allow for a better understanding of how the project will come together through the design, build and finish phases with emphasis on a cost effective completion along with anything the photo uploads might have missed.
Project Phase Breakdown
Design/Prep Phase
Involves project design and layout agreement along with a understanding of the terms and conditions, signed contract for your protection, a job deposit, any other paperwork that might be necessary such as job permits. Once this phase is complete we schedule the build.
Build Phase
Involves the required tasks that need to be taken to complete the project on time and on budget.
Finish Phase
Involves a final cleanup and restoration of the projects area along with a walk through, maintenance information and any questions answered and collection of final payment.
